Normal travel within 25 km of Calgary Tower is included. Site location and scope are checked before scheduling.
Approved additional time in the same visit: CAD 99/hour.
Additional time is billed in 15-minute blocks. Equipment and extra work need your approval. Existing agreed quotes keep their terms.

Plus applicable tax. Connection and authorised access are checked before a charge. Physical faults may require a visit.

Should I change my Internet provider first?
Not necessarily. The issue may be coverage, interference, placement, a device or the Internet connection. Diagnosis helps separate those causes before you spend on a new plan or equipment.
Do I need to buy new equipment?
We start with your compatible equipment. If something else is needed, the reason, options and cost are discussed first. Hardware purchases are not included in the visit price.
Can this be fixed remotely?
Some configuration and follow-up work can be done remotely with a working connection, compatible equipment and your permission. We check this before a charge. Coverage and physical faults may need an on-site visit.
Does sending the form book a visit?
No. It starts a conversation. Scope, price, availability and any attendance deposit are agreed before an appointment. No payment is collected by this enquiry form.
