If we cannot resolve the agreed repair, we refund the DR WiFi service fee, including your deposit. The scope and any separate equipment costs are agreed before work starts.
The same fault returns after our work? Contact us within 30 days. We check and correct the covered work at no additional service charge. If we cannot put it right, the related service fee is refunded.
How the guarantee works ↗CAD, plus applicable tax. One-hour minimum; approved extra time in 15-minute blocks (on site CAD 24.75; remote CAD 22.25). One free 60-minute diagnostic and recommendations within 25 km of Calgary Tower. Code BETTERWIFI. One per business; normal local travel included.
Repairs and corrective configuration are optional at CAD 99/hour plus applicable tax, only after you approve the scope and estimated cost. Approved extra time uses 15-minute blocks. The free diagnostic is never charged retrospectively. No purchase is required.
The CAD 5 attendance deposit is separate and is refunded after attendance for an eligible BETTERWIFI diagnostic. Sending an enquiry does not charge a deposit or authorise paid repairs.
Equipment, remote-access setup, additional diagnostic time and separately scoped project work require a quote and your approval. A later paid visit or separate remote session follows the standard published rates. BETTERWIFI does not include these services. Offer terms.
