Information you provide
When online booking is available, we collect your name, email, business name, optional phone number, description of the issue, appointment preference and agreement to the booking terms. We use this information to review your request, arrange service and communicate about the appointment. Please do not include passwords, access codes, payment card information or confidential customer records.
Project enquiries may also include a location or venue, expected user/device count and preferred timeline. Promotion requests store the submitted code and a record associated with your email to enforce the offer limit and avoid duplicate claims. These details are used for your request and service planning, not marketing mailing lists.
Payments
If online deposits are enabled, Stripe processes your card details on its own checkout page. We keep payment references, amounts, status and refund records to manage the appointment. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Stripe’s privacy practices also apply. A preferred-time request without checkout does not collect a payment.
Service and website providers
The website and booking system use Google Cloud services. Data may be processed by Google and its service providers in locations where they operate. Website hosting also processes technical connection information such as IP addresses and request logs. We use a hashed connection identifier to help limit repeated booking and project requests.
The site serves its typefaces directly from our hosting. Administrator sign-in uses Google authentication and is restricted to the authorised owner. The public website does not require you to create an account.
Contact links and notifications
WhatsApp, telephone and email links open a separate service you choose to use; the provider's privacy practices apply. We do not send a message merely because you click a contact link. When website email is enabled, Mailjet delivers quote receipts and appointment notifications. The service processes the recipient address and the message needed for that request. Open and click tracking is disabled in these notifications. We do not send promotional emails or SMS through the booking form.
Retention and your choices
Appointment and service information is kept as needed to manage your request, provide service and meet recordkeeping obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to records that must be retained. Contact David to discuss the request.
Website analytics and access
We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Signing into the administrator area may use browser storage and authentication cookies. Private confirmation links allow access to the associated appointment confirmation; please do not forward them publicly.
