DR WiFi

EVENT NETWORK CONSULTING · NORTH AMERICA

Your event has one chance.
Prepare the network for it.

Know what will hold up under load. We prepare multi-vendor networks, isolate Internet versus local-network faults, and review connectivity costs before they become expensive surprises.

Independent, practical expertise in high-density events and ISP networks.

DR WiFi / Event services

Three ways to take control.

Start with the decision you need to make. Each engagement has an agreed scope, access requirements and written deliverables.

01 / BEFORE THE EVENT

Event Network Readiness

Find the weak points before doors open.

  • Concurrency and application requirements
  • WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi capacity review
  • Prioritized risks and readiness checklist
  • Fallback and escalation plan

02 / WHEN IT MATTERS

Event Incident Support

Get evidence. Isolate the fault. Agree the next action.

  • ISP versus LAN/WLAN fault isolation
  • Multi-vendor troubleshooting
  • Approved stabilization changes
  • Incident timeline and handover
Request a scope review ↗

03 / AFTER THE GUESSWORK

Internet & Cost Audit

Pay for the connectivity your operation needs.

  • Measured demand versus contracted capacity
  • Public IP inventory and dependencies
  • Circuit and billing review
  • Savings opportunities with operational risks
Request a scope review ↗

Project pricing follows a short scope review. No hardware purchase is required to start. Remote consulting is available for North American event projects with compatible, authorized access. On-site work is scoped separately, subject to venue permissions, travel, local requirements and confirmed availability. Incident support is subject to confirmed availability, not a 24/7 promise.

WAN / LAN / WLAN

One network. Several vendors.
A clear answer.

For event producers, venue teams and AV partners

Experience supporting high-density events with more than 5,000 users informs our approach. Your event capacity still requires its own assessment. DR WiFi is independent; this site does not imply employer or vendor endorsement.

  1. 01

    Understand the event

Attendance is not concurrency. We review applications, simultaneous devices, layout and critical moments.

  2. 02

    Test the right boundaries

Compare the provider handoff, wired LAN and Wi-Fi. Record loss, latency, throughput and utilization under relevant conditions.

  3. 03

    Leave a usable plan

You receive evidence, priorities, responsibilities and an agreed next step. No unsupported promises of speed or savings.

Before we start

Where do you work?

We focus on North American event projects, with remote preparation, network review and incident coordination. DR WiFi is based in Calgary; on-site coverage in other locations requires an agreed project scope and confirmed availability.

Do you supply the venue’s Internet?

Our focus is independent assessment, preparation and troubleshooting. We can work with your existing provider and equipment, subject to the venue’s permissions. Connectivity supply or rental is separately scoped.

Can you guarantee support for 5,000 devices?

No capacity claim is made without assessing your venue, radios, applications, upstream connection and actual concurrent demand.

Can you reduce our Internet bill?

We identify potential overprovisioning and unused public IPs, then check dependencies and contract terms. Savings are an outcome to verify, never a guarantee.
