Review each scope, expected time, location and fee before accepting. You can discuss the terms or decline an offered assignment.

Cabling contractors, IT providers, server specialists and event teams can complement our work through referrals or jointly scoped projects.

Responsibilities, customer communication and commercial arrangements are defined for each engagement.

Clear expectations from the start.

  1. Introduce yourself. Tell us what you do well, where you work and what kind of collaboration interests you.
  2. Review the fit together. We discuss experience, availability, the working relationship and any relevant credentials.
  3. Agree before starting. Scope, responsibilities, remuneration, expenses and payment timing are recorded before a job is accepted.
  4. Deliver and keep a clear record. Document the outcome and receive an itemized statement of agreed fees and recorded payments.

Sales commission is based on eligible service revenue actually collected. Taxes, equipment and reimbursed expenses are excluded. Technical delivery fees are agreed separately; a customer refund does not automatically rewrite an accepted specialist fee.

This is an early collaboration pilot. An introduction does not create an employment relationship, authorize representation, provide access to customer data or guarantee assignments. Where a role is employment, payroll and applicable employment standards apply.
